On The Bus is a user friendly app that lets you to see the location of your child’s school bus on a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer. It also lets you see your child's belongings, such as; expensive band instruments, backpacks, and even library books. You can see the location of your child and the location of your child's belongings if your child is riding on the school bus and you can see them throughout the day while your child is at school inside of the classroom.

Knowing when the bus is near your stop lets you send your child out to catch the bus the right time. This minimizes the danger of having your child exposed to predators, and helps protect your child from the elements.

Knowing that your child is actually on the bus is comforting for parents, but On The Bus does not stop there. On The Bus is fully integrated into the NovoTrax "Smart City" network. That means On The Bus gives parents the ability to monitor their child's location even when their child is inside of the school. Parents and can see on their mobile device what classroom their child is located in real-time. Think how important that would be in the event of a school fire or an active shooter on campus. The free version tells parents where the bus is at and gives and estimated time of arrival to your child's stop. Since the “Where Is The Bus” works with smart phones and tablets, there is no extra equipment needed.

There is a simple hardware package that gets installed for each bus using Version 2 of On The Bus. Version 2 of On The Bus also offers an optional video camera surveillance package for each bus that records live stream video of the events happening on the bus ride. Schools can decide how much storage they need to security and documentation. In every case, On The Bus is affordable. The price of Version 2 is based upon the number of buses being used and the number of students and student items being bused.
